We are delighted to share a significant achievement that marks another milestone in Lakeland Central Park’s development journey. The construction of Building 200, a sprawling 705,420 square-foot speculative cross-dock facility, has been successfully concluded. Today, the City of Lakeland granted its stamp of approval in the form of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.

Construction continues in The Park as we forge towards substantial completion of Phase I infrastructure, posed to deliver 3 pad-ready development sites representing an additional 2.9M square feet of industrial space.
