Lakeland Central Park Construction Update

May 2023

Phase 1 infrastructure spans three pad-ready sites to accommodate 2.9 million square feet of industrial space. We’re approaching the final stages with Phase 1 Infrastructure’s completion, marking a significant milestone in our journey. We’re progressing smoothly toward Phase 1 Turnover & Acceptance in close collaboration with the City of Lakeland.
  • Road to Progress: Winston Park Boulevard paving is nearly finished, accompanied by substantial progress on off-site paving along Old Tampa Highway.
  • Empowering Facilities: Energizing Phase 1 facilities, from lift stations to street lights, is in full swing, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Natural Transformation: Watch as our landscape transforms through ongoing irrigation and landscaping initiatives, adding to our park-like atmosphere.
A standout accomplishment is the completion of Building 200, a 705,420 square feet spec cross-dock facility. With the City of Lakeland issuing a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy on April 27th, this space is primed for action. Keep an eye out for exciting enhancements in July when hydraulic lift equipment is scheduled to arrive.
